As summer begins to take its hold on the state, the tournament action is only getting warmer. This weekend has plenty of gaming events to partake in courtesy of AZHP Gaming, LAN Speed Games, and Spiral Series Entertainment.

The latest gaming venue in Arizona, AlphaShooters, appears to be challenging all kinds of FPS fans in the valley. The group announced on its Facebook page that it would be hosting a TitanFall 4v4 tournament in May, as well as a Black Ops II event this weekend.
The TitanFall event is slated for May 9 at 8 p.m.; a first for the venue since the game debuted (or fell) on consoles and PCs in March.
In preparation, they will be hosting a Black Ops II tournament this Friday at 8 p.m. The venue is using MLG variant rules for the team style tournament. For more details, check out their Facebook page.
