DEVASTATION team to run MvC3 midnight release event

The team members behind the massive multi-game tournament event, DEVASTATION, will be running a midnight release event for the upcoming tag-team fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds in February.

 

The DEVASTATION team are gearing up to celebrate the latest MvC installment.

DEVASTATION, along with Best Buy and Lost Bot Productions, will be hosting a pre-release event at a Best Buy store located at 13711 West Bell Road in Surprise on February 14th. Festivities and games will start at 5 p.m. and will go all the way to the stroke of midnight when attendees can purchase or pick up preorders of the game. Read the rest of this entry »





Too cute to pass up: a LittleBigPlanet 2 review

The second game in the LittleBigPlanet series released on Tuesday in North America for the Playstation 3. The Pause Button’s own IncreaseBlue was able to get a copy of the highly anticipated game and offers her review below.

LittleBigPlanet was a game produced by Media Molecule that became famous for its simple, but effectively fun game play and encouragement of user-generated game content. APB: Reloaded team casts for beta testers, confirms details

Following a previous announcement of an impending closed beta for the revamped APB: Reloaded, officials behind the game have officially opened registration for beta testers and confirmed the beta period will occur in the beginning of February.

APB: Reloaded is a refurbished version of the faction vs. faction massive multiplayer online computer game APB: All Points Bulletin, which released in mid-2010 to poor reviews and player reception that led to the subsequent shutdown of the games’ servers only three months after its debut. All Points Bulletin to see new life in 2011

The sadly disappointing open-world faction vs. faction title APB: All Points Bulletin may soon be reincarnated next month in the form of a closed beta for gamers to take another crack at.
