As January comes to a wrap (already?!), we’re starting to see a nice uptick in variety for gaming events in the state. This week Arizona will be paid a visit by the Alienware team, as well as another tournament opportunity from AZHP Gaming.

-The Alienware Tour will hit Phoenix on Friday at 7 p.m. in the Bentley Gallery to show off their new X51 build.

-Anyone can play the new systems with games like Call of Duty: Ghosts, Shadow Warrior and Need For Speed being demonstrated. Ghosts will have a competition between four top players that attendees can watch.

-18 and up may attend and there will be a bar provided for 21 and up folks. Free entry can be netted via an RSVP at this site: http://alienwaretour-rsvp.com/

AZHP Gaming at The Gaming Zone

-Another triple tournament event at the Gaming Zone in Tempe on Saturday. Games include Killer Instinct, Street Fighter Alpha 3, and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition
