There is a nice mix of FPS and fighting game tournaments happening to fulfill your brisk fall weekend. Read more below to see the competitive throwdowns being hosted by Spiral Series Entertainment and AZHP Gaming.

Spiral Series ranbats at the Gaming Zone

-Three tournaments kicking off on Saturday at 12 p.m. at The Gaming Zone in Tempe.

-$5 entry fee per tournament (including Super Street Fighter 4: AE, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and Street Fighter x Tekken), as well as a $5 organizational fee. 

-Winners will get a split of the game pot, as well as points to overall ranking in the season.

Call of Duty at The Cyber Zone

-AZHP Gaming is hosting a Black Ops II 2v2 tournament at The Cyber Zone cafe in Phoenix on Saturday at 12 p.m.

-Entry fees run at $10 per a team and an additional $4 venue fee. Winners will get a 60/30/10 split of the prize pot.

Fighting Games at Fix N’ Play

-Happens Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Fix N’ Play location in Phoenix. 

-Two competitions will be held for Super Street Fighter 4: AE and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Entry fees clock in at $3 a tournament with an additional $2 venue fee.
