Intel Game On Events For Arizona!

28 04 2010

Looking for a way to get some cool swag and play some free games? Well you only need to look at your local Fry’s Electronics store.

The Intel company’s Game On crew has planned two weekend gaming and tech events for Arizona at two select Fry’s Electronics stores, according to a press release. The weekend Game On events are slated to take place on May 1-2 at the Tempe store and May 15-16 at the Phoenix store from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

One of these beautiful puppies will be given away at each event. You can pick up your jaw now.

The events will feature game and Intel technology demos, as well as numerous prize giveaways. Some of the prizes include Corei7 CPUs, t-shirts, gaming desktops, computer games and much more to be announced.

To be eligible for the prizes, attendees need only visit the Intel kiosk inside the stores at specified dates (presumably announced at the beginning of each event) to receive a game card. This game card is then scanned to see if you’ve won one of the hundreds of prizes available; it’s as simple as that!

Also, for an extra chance to win the secret prize of an Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition processor, attendees can grab an Intel employee at the event and tell them the secret phrase of “Rock Your Core” to be entered into the drawing for it.

As an added bonus, if you had previously attended an Intel Game On event and received a button or prize, you can show an Intel employee your previous swag and get even MORE prizes! If you show them either of the two pieces, they’ll hand over a copy of either Napoleon: Total War or Assassin’s Creed II (you choice) with no questions asked!

So if you want to try out the latest and greatest in gaming technology or cash in on all of these free prizes, get over to Fry’s Electronics this weekend and get your Game On!

Fry’s Electronics in Tempe is located at 2300 West Baseline Road and in Phoenix at 3035 West Thunderbird Road.

I just have to say I love all of the exclamation points you used :] I can tell you’re excited about this. It seems cool if your a “gamer” (is that what you call people who like to play video games? lol). & I have actually never even heard of these kind of events.
